Keld Growth

Privacy notice

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data I hold, where it came from, why I hold it and what you can do about it.

Who I am

I’m Maksim Stanoevski, trading as Keld Growth. I’m based in North Macedonia. I decide how the personal data described here is used, so I’m its controller. You can contact me at max@keldgrowth.com.

Where your details came from

I find business contact details in public sources such as venue websites, wedding directories and Companies House. Anything else I hold, you sent me yourself.

What I hold

This website itself collects nothing: no cookies and no tracking. Cloudflare, which hosts it, handles the technical data needed to deliver the pages, such as your IP address.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

I use these details to contact venues about research calls and, later, about my services, and to arrange calls. The legal basis is legitimate interests: I want to learn how venues handle enquiries and, later, to offer them a service that’s relevant to their work.

Opting out

Reply “no” to any of my emails, or email max@keldgrowth.com, and I won’t contact you again. I keep a short do-not-contact list so that I don’t email you again by mistake.

Who processes data for me

Some of them may process data outside the UK and the EU. When they do, they use standard safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long I keep it

I delete contact details I no longer need within 24 months, and straight away if you ask. If you ask me to delete your details, I keep only what I need for my do-not-contact list.

Your rights

To use any of these rights, email max@keldgrowth.com.
